You might have heard of the US election this year right? Well this year went intense.
Before we get on to what happened, here is a mind-blowing fact that will make you laugh. Kanye West wanted to run as President!!!
There were 2 main candidates which were Joe Biden and Donald Trump. Now you must know who Trump is. Joe Biden was the vice-president for Barack Obama.
I was learning an online class at that time and the election started. When I checked the election results, they were probably like 30 mins – 1 hour in.
Ok, now Biden is winning probably this’ll go on for a few more hours. I think. And I carry on with my class. And the next time I checked…

So basically, every state in US has an amount of electoral votes by the population of the state. So for example California has 55 electoral votes, and Texas has 38. And not which president wins more states wins, don’t care about how many, they just care about how many electoral votes all together is.

Still waiting for some state to finish voting. And Biden is still winning but Trump has a whole bunch that are waiting for the last few votes.
Suddenly, the whole west coast called for Biden. And remember, California has the most electoral votes in the country with 55 votes. AND THEY VOTED FOR BIDEN!!!. Now Biden has boosted up to 209 points!
People, tired, bored, waiting for the results overnight. They still haven’t finished overnight? You’re probably thinking. Well, the answer is no. Things have slowed down over night. Wait. Why does Trump have so much votes now? Florida and Texas, aka the 2nd and 3rd state with most electoral votes called for Trump! Georgia and Pennsylvania are waiting for their last votes now, and they’re a trump lead.
BIDEN! What just happened? Arizona and some other states which were a Trump lead, now changed to Biden call. We only need 6 more seats!!! ONLY 6!!! Nevada, your our only chance you have exactly 6 votes and your a Biden lead!
Pennsylvania and Nevada submitted there results! Biden! But Pennsylvania was a Trump lead! Well, not anymore. Now, Biden officially wins presidency!
