Last week was my last week at school; sadly. I have been learning in farmshool for 2 years! I have done lots of new challenges with my school riding instructor, and so on with others. It was really fun having an opportunity to learn at such a wonderful place. Next year I will be moving to a new school (I hope it will be fun).
Now I have to tell you all about the things that was really fun in 2nd grade.
should I talk from start of the school year, or end of the school year? Let’s just do this.
Start of the school year. From end of the school year. (A lot longer)
So at first I didn’t feel the difference grade two and grade one. It felt the same for the very first days. Next it was meeting my new riding instructor. She has a horse named Flicka. She showed me and my friends her riding in a field & arena. Oh and another great thing was finding a pony friend, Magic! (I ended up getting to know him really well!) I got to ride him every week and so on. Then the best thing was… CANTERING!!
So, at the end of the year I had a showcase and market. The market was first so, I sold some bracelets, drawings and coasters. It was really fun! Next up is the showcase. It was really awkward how when I stood in front of everyone, everything was completely silent. And I said “when are we gonna start” so weirdly. I ended up having two-three mistakes in that. Besides, all my friends and I had a play called Ms. Mittens.
Two of my friends were mittens, one of them was a police, one of them was a horse and car, one was a random dude and another was the narrator. I was a rider. So it started off with the random dude driving a lamborghini over the mittens so I was also a karen, saying, “This person killed two mittens!”, it was probably a mistake everybody noticed I was supposed to say, “Hey, this random dude drove a lamborghini over two mittens, leaving them dead!” It was so awkward. Then my friend made a police sound coming to the dude. Then the dude walked into a small jail we set up, just poles on the ground. Then I was next up riding a horse, my friend piggybacked me. Then my friend in jail put on her jacket as karen saying, “Excuse me! this rider.. or whatever her name is, killed two horses with her horse.” She was supposed to say two mittens though. So yeah. That was very long compared to…↙️
And I think that’s it.
